The villa is of recent construction ( 1992 ). The house has 3 apartments which 2 are available for the vacation rental. This house is situated on the side of the mountain, the Faron, in a quiet and residential district, with panoramic sight on the whole natural harbour and city of Toulon. ( The ground 522 m2 )

Only the ground floor apartment is available for vacation rental during the winter. (low season), because Mr Eriksen, the owner occupies generally the apartment on the 1. floor in the villa.

The house is outside of the city and a car is indispensable to go shopping or to go to the beach. A bus stop is situated approximately 250 meters from the villa.

After the first of juin the apartment on the first floor will also be available for vacation rental

Description of the apartment on the 1. floor

The owner occupies generally this apartment (flat) until the 1. juin. After this date and during 3 months it will be also be possible to rent this lodging

The apartment has a big (39 m2) living room with terrace and with a panoramic sight... The kitchen is equipped with washer, oven, dishwasher and microwave oven. The bath room with W C, shower and washbasin. There is no separate bed room but a mezzanine with 3-4 beds. The total surface is about 76 m2.

The Price: 500 - Eur. for a week  in juin, juli, August

The apartment on the ground floor contains 3 bedrooms. The total surface is about 74 m2. The apartment is equipped with washing machine and television The living room with the kitchen has a surface about 20 m2  and a small seaview.

Price:  Between 300 and 500 Euro a week. (500,- Euro in june, juli, august)
